The KMA/KBA offers several types of memberships in the organization. An individual membership costs $20.00 annually and a couples membership costs just $30.00 annually. To be eligible for a couples membership, both persons must have the same mailing address. We also offer a lifetime membership at $500.00.
For all Singles, Couples and Lifetime membershoip $5 each membership is sent to the Kentucky Motorcycle Freedom Fund PAC. If you do not wish to have that portion of your membership go to the PAC please state so in the comments section and the entire amount will go towards the KMA/KBA. This Does not apply to any business memberships.
The final type of membership is a business membership. The cost for this is $100.00 on up annually. Business memberships are a way for the business community to support the organization. A business membership includes free advertising in the state newsletter for one year. Information on the different business memberships is below.
Member Benefits
- With a KMA/KBA membership an individual, couple or business will receive the newsletter, "On the Road." Through this publication, the member will be informed of upcoming events, seminars, legislative action and other issues concerning motorcyclists.
- Members receive discounted and sometimes exclusive admission to events held by us and other Motorcycle Rights Organizations (MROs).
- Participating merchants and some KMA/KBA member-owned businesses also offer discounts. Including but not limited to:

Business Memberships (All business member packages can be adjusted to accomodate the needs of a particular business. Just let us know how we can help and will be glad to negotiate an ad package to help you grow your business.)
Bronze membership - $100.00 Receive a business card size ad in our newsletter, listings in our Business Members section of the newsletter, and a certificate of membership to display in your business. If desired we will mail additional newsletters and/or tri-folds to pass out and display in your business.
Silver Membership - $500.00
Same as a bronze except would receive a 1/4 page size ad in the newsletter and website and 25% off all admissions and vendor setup fees at all KMA/KBA event(s) where applicable.
Gold Membership - $1,000.00
Same as bronze except would receive a 1/2 page ad in the newsletter, website and alerts plus 50% off all admissions and vendor set-up fees at all KMA/KBA event(s) where applicable.
Platinum Membership - $5,000.00
Entitles your business to a full page ad in our newsletter, website and alerts plus free admission and vendor setup at all KMA/KBA sponsored event(s) where applicable. Signage of your company at all applicable KMA/KBA events. Just provide us with your banner/sign/advertising to display at the event(s).
